Most Private World// products are made to order, so purchases are generally final once production begins.

Cancellation requests may be considered before production begins.

Size preference and change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.

If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, contact us with your order details and clear photographs, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. This does not limit your statutory rights. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
