Shipping Policy

Production & Processing
Most Private World// products are made to order.
Allow approximately 3–12 business days for verification, production and processing before shipment. Ready-to-ship merchandise may have a shorter processing period where stated on the product page.
U.S. Shipping
After dispatch, domestic delivery generally requires an estimated additional 2–7 business days.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders over $120 USD shipped to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. The merchandise subtotal after all eligible discounts and before taxes and shipping must exceed $120.00 to qualify. A subtotal of exactly $120.00 does not qualify; $120.01 or more does.
Orders that do not qualify are charged a flat standard shipping rate of $10.00 at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are not currently available for delivery. When these destinations are added, calculated shipping rates will apply and be shown before payment.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available.
When TRVST LABS begins shipping to select international destinations, rates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination, package specifications and available shipping services, and will be shown before you pay. International purchases will not qualify for the complimentary U.S. shipping promotion.
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees unless these charges are explicitly collected during checkout. Transit times vary by destination, customs processing and carrier operations. Made-to-order production timelines are separate from shipping transit estimates.
Order Tracking
Customers receive shipping confirmation and available tracking details following dispatch.
Delays & Delivery Issues
We will communicate production or shipping delays promptly and honor legally required customer remedies. We provide assistance with lost, damaged or incorrect shipments.
