Private World// Pre-Orders

Select TRVST LABS releases are offered through pre-order.

Pre-ordering provides access to a product before its general release or immediate availability.

Each pre-order batch closes to new orders on the date shown on its product page. Once closed, an item is no longer available until it returns as a new release.

Payment is collected when the order is placed unless otherwise stated during checkout.

For pre-order products requiring a deposit, the remaining balance is automatically charged to the card on file by the balance due date shown at checkout — no further action is required. A reminder is sent before the balance is charged, and a confirmation once it has been.

Each pre-order product includes an estimated fulfillment or shipping window on its product page. These dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Production, quality control, transportation and other circumstances may affect fulfillment timelines.

If an order contains products with different fulfillment dates, TRVST LABS may ship the products separately.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order is prepared for shipment.

By purchasing a pre-order product, the customer acknowledges the estimated fulfillment timeline presented at the time of purchase.
