Most Private World// products are made to order. Made-to-order purchases are generally final once production begins.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be considered before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
Size & Change-of-Mind Returns
Size preference and change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. Please review the size guide and each product’s fit information before purchasing.
Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Incorrect, defective or damaged merchandise is eligible for review and an appropriate resolution. We ask that you report an issue, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and include your order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging. This requested reporting period does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
Appropriate return shipping arrangements apply for confirmed manufacturing defects or fulfillment mistakes.
