Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through TRVST LABS. By placing an order, customers agree to these Terms of Sale and applicable store policies.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. TRVST LABS may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of inventory errors, payment authorization issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, duplicate transactions, or legitimate operational issues. If TRVST LABS cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, and other fees may be added where applicable. Pricing may change before an order is placed.

Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized through an accepted payment method. Available payment methods may vary based on location, device, order, and payment provider.

Limited Releases

Certain TRVST LABS products are produced in limited quantities. Purchasing a product does not guarantee that its product, size, colorway, or collection will be reproduced or restocked.

Private World// & Preorders

Products identified as Private World//, preorder, made-to-order, or similar may be produced after an order is placed. Estimated production or shipping windows will be communicated on the applicable product page, during checkout, or through order communications. If TRVST LABS cannot ship within the applicable promised shipping period, customers will receive notice and applicable cancellation/refund rights.

Order Changes

Once an order enters processing or production, changes to sizes, colors, addresses, products, or other order information cannot be guaranteed.

Resale

TRVST LABS may limit quantities or cancel orders reasonably believed to involve unauthorized commercial resale, automated purchasing, fraud, or circumvention of product limits. Authorized wholesale purchases may be governed by separate terms.

Promotions

Promotions and discount codes may have separate conditions and expiration dates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined or retroactively applied.
